Krishan Sharma (Singapore, South-East Asia, Delhi India)
Krishan is the Managing Director of Comaea Consulting. He has over 20 years of global experience in recruitment, talent management, leadership development, business coaching and human resources management.
He has worked extensively in the fields of industrial management, human resources and recruitment. He has worked with over 20 national level labour markets in Asia and Europe for over a decade.
In his last last assignment in executive search and talent management Krishan was heading international business and supporting about 50 international clients for their talent needs. Before moving to consulting, he held senior HR positions in Industry, with last two being as VP HR with companies listed in Oslo (IM Sakugen) and Singapore Stock Exchanges (Noble).
He was a visiting scholar at the University of Iowa working with Prof James L Price, a leading organizational turnover scholar, in 1997 and taught as Adjunct Professor at Singapore Management University in leadership, teambuilding, compensation and performance management courses in 2007 to 2008.
He is a Marine Engineer (1989) with hands-on engineering experience and earned his PhD in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (1998). Krishan has lived and worked in China, Singapore, Hong Kong, USA and Norway.
Per Palmér (Singapore, Stockholm Sweden)
Per Palmér is the CEO of Comaea International and the Director and Founding Board Member of Comaea Consulting.
Building on foundational studies of management engineering, organization theory and psychology, Per went on to specialize in strategic HR and human capital management garnering more than 20 years of consulting experience in the field.
Per is a serial entrepreneur. In 1990, Per foresaw the changing role of HR and the need for new methods, processes and platforms. This became a guiding principle that led him to start three companies delivering solutions for strategic people management.
He developed the world’s first web-based competence assessment tool leading him to found Prohunt (Sweden) in 1991 to deliver Intellectual Capital Management solutions. By 1999, the company had grown to a size of 120 employees. Three years later in 2002, Per co-founded 3S (Sweden) – a company that specializes in web-based surveys for strategic employee and leadership research. In 2006, Per started Comaea International with the aim of developing the next generation of HR methods and tools. Today, Comaea's cloud-based solutions for Human Capital Management offers organizations a complete and integrated set of tools to enable industries and companies to effectively manage the competence, capability and capacity of its people.
Per leads the Human Capital Management cloud solutions practice for Comaea Consulting. He has worked with over 150 client organizations in his career.
Per Palmér holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from LiTH University,Sweden. Per was a member of a Swedish team developing ISO-standard for Competence Management SS-624070. Since 2008, Per has been living in Singapore.
Kenneth Aberg (Stockholm Sweden)
Kenneth Aberg is the President of Europe for Comaea Consulting.
Based in Stockholm, Kenneth spearheads the strategic direction, business development and organizational capability building for Europe. Before joining Comaea Consulting and until end of Feb 2014, he was employed by the Wittur-Group for 20 years. During his leadership tenure he held key roles of Director and Managing Director in new start-ups in Australia, Singapore, China, and Europe/ Nordic Countries. In most of these roles, his focus was on developing or re-organizing existing operations or starting new Legal Entities and supported successful ownership changes of Wittur Group the company twice; Goldman Sachs to Triton Partners and Triton to Bain Capital.
Kenneth brings over four decades of techno-commercial experience, mainly from the Elevator industry. This experience includes all aspects of business related to company structure, legal and financial matters, maintaining ethics and company values, HR, design and manufacturing, set-up teams for components or complete lift system sales, create installation processes and after-market services support and developing training facilities for employees (Dean of Wittur Academy China in 2013). Kenneth’s focus has always been in finding solutions to optimize the company performance with best possible return to stakeholders through its people and organizational resources. Kenneth embodies the belief that sustainable business can only be achieved by creating true and real benefits to the customer through exceptional customer service for which people capabilities are the main differentiators for successful companies.
Kenneth is a consultant now because of the belief that he can best utilize his years as a manager and business developer, and knowledge gathered from his long professional life by building a successful career and as a result successful organizations. He particularly enjoys consulting support during the difficult phases hitting new start-ups.
Kenneth is a graduate of Härnösands Engineering School in Sweden and has served Swedish Army. Kenneth has lived and worked for extended periods in Australia, Singapore, and China apart from Sweden.
Kashinath Rao (Bangalore India)
Kashinath Rao is the Managing Director of Comaea Consulting India and Founding Board Member of the Indian company. Kashinath is responsible to grow Comaea Consulting operations in India starting from 2016 in Bangalore to a Pan-India operation in coming years.
Passionate about building people capabilities and teams, he is an expert in talent management and executive development at senior levels. Dedicated to Indian operations, Kashinath also supports Comaea Consulting’s international operations in Global Executive level searches.
Kashinath brings to Comaea Consulting a strong international exposure and business background. Kashinath was the Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Based Financial Services Company with operations in Singapore, Ireland, UK, Australia, Malaysia, Taiwan and India from 2001-2013. Earlier he worked for five years in Middle East based out of Dubai with a Non Banking Financial Services Company as a Corporate Business Development Manager. Before this he spent over two decades with a leading public sector bank across India. Mainly a business developer and people manager, Kashinath has a wide spectrum commercial experience across different business domains and industries with worldwide operational responsibilities and has a proven track record of sustaining strong financial performance. He has led scalable businesses and created winning products and services. In his last commercial role he has built a financial and remittance services business for maritime industry growing it from scratch to 2 Billion USD turnover in in 5 years time.
Kashinath Rao is a Science graduate from Bangalore University. He has lived and worked in India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, UK, and Australia.
Subhash Nair (Singapore, Mumbai India)
Subhash is a Senior Management Consultant at Comaea Consulting. He is responsible for business development and project management at Comaea Consulting. Subhash has significant experience of managing strategic recruitment and consulting projects in Asia. He primarily focuses on Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and India. Starting his recruitment and consulting career in India, he moved to Singapore in 2009 and has gained combined eight years of experience in recruitment, executive search, head-hunting, talent scouting, building sourcing strategies, recruitment life cycle, talent mapping, social recruiting, project management and business development.
Subhash has significant experience in managing regional assignments at mid-management and executive levels for fast growing and demanding multinational companies as well as start-ups across industries like Aerospace, Bunkering, Construction, Chemical, Dredging, Energy, Engineering, FMCG, Healthcare, Information Technology and Communication, Industrial Equipment's, Manufacturing, Machinery, Marine, Oil and Gas, Retail, Semiconductor, Shipping and Tunnelling. He has a passion for Human Resource, enjoys talent scouting globally and believes strongly in quality delivery.
Subhash has an MBA (HR) from James Cook University campus in Singapore (2010) and Bachelor of Management Studies from Mumbai University (2005). He is passionate about football and represents his University team - JCUS FC in an amateur league - ESPZEN in Singapore Division II since 2009.
Shivram Rajaram (Singapore, Manila, Bangalore India)
Shivram is a Senior Management Consultant at Comaea Consulting. He is in-charge of business development and consulting clients on talent management and development assessments. He has over 10 years of global experience in program management, product development, risk management, quality assurance, pre-sales and technology consulting with a deep focus on IT.
Shivram has worked extensively in the fields of investment banking, credit risk, market risk, process re-engineering and process automation for technology companies. Working with companies like Infosys, Borland and Barclays Capital, he specializes in building product strategies and setting up process excellence organizations. Before joining Comaea Consulting, he held a senior position at Thinksoft working on people, change and program management strategies. Shivram has been successful in leading multiple end-to-end projects for fortune 500 companies. Shivram has been responsible for mentoring over a dozen IT Talent in his various roles across the globe.
Shivram is an Electrical Engineer from REC, Tiruchirappalli (2002) with a masters in Communication Software and Networking from NTU, Singapore (2005). Shivram has earned his MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (2013). Shivram has lived and worked in India, Singapore and USA.
Lina Nangalia (Bangalore India)
Lina is the Director of Coaching Practice and a Senior Management Consultant at Comaea Consulting. She brings over 27 years of experience in sales, systems and learning & development in some of the leading companies in India. Over the last decade she has focused primarily on executive coaching for heads of business and functions in global companies. Her areas of expertise and experience include leadership development, performance management, enhancing employee engagement, learning and development systems, and executive coaching.
In addition to holding senior leadership positions in large organizations, she has been an entrepreneur and has run successful businesses in recruitment, training and development, OD consulting and executive coaching. She has designed and developed an International Coach Federation (ICF) approved executive coach-training program, and has conducted these programs in India, Finland, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Japan.
Lina is an economics graduate from Mumbai University, with a Master’s in Training and Development from Griffith University, Australia. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies at XLRI, Jamshedpur. She has professional certifications in Emotion Focused Therapy (York University with Dr. Les Greenberg), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (Albert Ellis Institute). She holds the MCC credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has a Diploma in Coaching Supervision and is a certified coaching supervisor.
