Our client is an international management consulting firm, highly established in the banking and finance domain. With an aim to strengthen their foothold in the insurance industry of Asia, they began to search for a suitable partner who could lead the insurance practice for the company.
Our client had already tried to hire for this position, with their external recruitment consultants and internal HR, but could not identify the right candidate, as the industry was niche, having limited leadership profiles with the right mix of strong business acumen, people skills and technical expertise.
