Our client is one of world’s largest software companies. One of their high performing delivery lead was feeling stagnant and wanted to move into a sales function.
The client was not entirely convinced about this transition, however decided to give him a chance as a token of acknowledgement for his excellent track record of success in the previous years.
Comaea Consulting helped to achieve this transformation through a mix of coaching and training sessions. Some sessions were part of the public programmes identified and recommended by the consultant leading the project, while others involved going on a joint sales visit with the new sales manager.
