Our client is one of world’s largest software companies. One of their high performing delivery lead was feeling stagnant and wanted to move into sales function.
The client was not entirely convinced about this transition, but still decided to give him a chance as a token of acknowledgement of his excellent track record of success in the previous years.
Comaea Consulting helped to achieve this transformation through a mix of coaching and training sessions. Some sessions were part of the public programmes identified and recommended by the consultant leading the project, while others involved in going on a joint sales visit with the new sales manager.
