To meet service demands in the region, they had been flying engineers from Europe and Canada. While these internal engineers were effective, the company realized the need for senior engineers based in Singapore, who could travel across Asia to support clients. To ensure both suitability and commitment, we conducted thorough psychometric tests and in-depth interviews. This allowed us to evaluate candidates holistically, assessing both technical expertise and leadership potential. Ultimately, two of the three shortlisted candidates were hired.
