Kenneth Aberg


Kenneth is the Chairman of the board and President of Europe for Comaea Consulting. Based in Stockholm, Kenneth spearheads the strategic direction, and business development and organisational capability building for entire Comaea Consulting organization.

Kenneth brings over four decades of techno-commercial experience, mainly from the Elevator industry. This experience includes all aspects of a business related to company structure, legal and financial matters, maintaining ethics and company values, HR, design and manufacturing, set-up teams for components or complete lift system sales, create installation processes and after-market services support.

Before joining Comaea Consulting and until end of Feb 2014 for 20 years, he was employed by the Wittur-Group. During his leadership tenure he held key roles of Director and Managing Director In Sweden, Singapore and Australia. He was first Managing Director in new start-ups in Australia, Singapore, and Director in China. In most of these roles he was on developing or re-organising existing operations or starting new Legal Entities. He supported successful ownership changes of Wittur Group twice: Goldman Sachs to Triton Partners and Triton to Bain Capital. Later part of his career he dedicated to Human Capital Development by developing training facilities for employees (Dean of Wittur Academy China in 2013).

Kenneth’s focus has always been in finding solutions to optimise the company performance with best possible return to stakeholders through its people and organisational resources. Kenneth embodies the belief that sustainable business can only be achieved by creating true and real benefits to the customer through exceptional customer service for which people capabilities are the main differentiators from successful companies.

Kennet took the Chairmanship of Comaea Consulting because of alignment with Comaea Consulting’s vision and mission. Kenneth believes that he can best utilise his years as an international manager and business developer, knowledge gathered from his long professional life by building successful career and as a result successful organizations. He particularly enjoys consulting support during the sometimes-difficult phases hitting new start-ups.

Kenneth is a graduate of Härnösands engineering school in Sweden and has served Swedish Army. Kenneth has lived and worked for extended periods in Australia, Singapore, and China a part form Sweden.

Building on foundational studies of management engineering, organization theory and psychology, Per went on to specialize in strategic HR and human capital management garnering more than 20 years of consulting experience in the field.

Subhash Nair is the Country Manager at Comaea Consulting, India. He has over 13 years of experience in business partnering, managing strategic recruitment and talent management projects in Asia and Europe.
